The three also talk about Tierney’s new room in Hollywood, the controversy that last week’s show stirred up, and how slow of a driver Eric is.

This week’s Coming Up Short podcast is a monumental one for several reasons. First off, it’s our 40th episode and secondly, it’s the first show that features a non-comedian guest. Now, to be fair, this guest was a comedian when we booked him, so things only recently changed. 
Kevin Perry joins Eric Rosenblum and Jon Levine on Coming Up Short this week and discusses his (not so) sudden decision to leave the comedy scene and focus on his music. Many factors went into this decision and it’s not one that was taken lightly, but we’ll let you Kevin tell you that. 
The three also discuss Max Reiter and his sad and all-to-soon passing this week.

It’s a ‘risky’ (see what I did there?) edition of the Coming Up Short podcast as we welcome in this week’s guest, Jay Risk! Jay joins Eric Rosenblum and Jon Levine on this Halloween edition to discuss all kinds of spooky stuff. 

The three get scary right off the bat as we discuss Jay’s exploding heart syndrome thingy (medical term) and how it shaped his life and decision to get into comedy. Jay, Eric, and Jon also talk about the worst rooms Jay’s ever performed in, faking it until you’re making it, and how everyone loved what Jon did with the bear.

Coming Up Short with Jon Levine and Eric Rosenblum

Eric Rosenblum and Jon Levine are back live in the studio for this week’s Coming Up Short podcast. After a three week absence due to Jon traveling, the two are once again face-to-face. 

This week’s show covers some of Jon’s recent travels and what it’s like to host a whole weekend of shows at a comedy club. The duo also discuss the Florida’s Funniest Comedy competition at the Improv, Eric’s love of Turkey breast, and the fact that Jon’s getting naughty text messages in the middle of the show. 

Jon and Eric close out the show talking about the new Comedy Zone club in Sunny Isles Beach and the upcoming show for charity at the Funky Buddha.
