Will Lopez joins Eric Rosenblum and Jon Levine on this week’s episode, number 62, of the Coming Up Short podcast and we immediately take on a serious topic. The beauty quotient of the Coming Up Short podcast was considerably raised this week and not because Eric Rosenblum and Jon Levine started working out. It’s mainly due to this week’s guest, the multi-talented and very funny Desiree Cendan.

Desiree drops by the Chula Vista Studios to talk with Jon and Eric about her winding career that started as a child model, through her troubled high school years, across various jobs and finally on stage in front of an audience to talk about it all.

The three also discuss some upcoming shows, including Jon’s trip to the World Series of Comedy on Wednesday.

It’s the big 6-oh for the Coming Up Short podcast! Episode #60 is a great one, with two thirds of the participants being in the World Series of Comedy. Angela Nacca joins Eric Rosenblum (who, for some reason, Jon called Rosenberg) and Jon Levine for an action packed episode of Coming Up Short.

The three start off talking about the World Series of Comedy and Angela’s experience with it. They also talk about how Angela got started in comedy and who she thinks is a better comedy teacher, Will Watkins or Ramon Garcia. Angela also talks about her experience doing theater and the time she spent in the operating room (hint: not as a patient).

The show is wrapped up with a talk about Marina 84 and why Jon is no longer hosting the room.
