It’s been a while since I’ve blogged. Actually, it’s been a while since I’ve done anything that I, at least think, should be doing. Yesterday, I was emailing a story from my blog to a friend and in re-reading it, remembered how much I like to write. I’ve decided to start doing that again.
I’ve also decided to stop making excuses for not doing things I should be doing. Eating better, drinking less, and exercising more. Basically, there are things in my life that could be better and I’m the only one who can make them so.
This post is my first one back. I also woke up this morning and ran a mile. Day one is easiest, I know. There’s motivation and determination on day one. The test comes on day ten, day 40 and day 200. When it’s raining. And you’re tired.
But I’m recommitted… I think.
